Delivery and collection
We do not charge handling or shipping costs for our digital products and/or seminars. You receive an e-mail containing all useful information after your purchase.
Handling and shipping costs for physical goods may vary on account of the shipping country. You can indicate your shipping method of choice:
- Home delivery
- Shipment to a bpost collection point (Belgium)
- Shipment to a bpost 24/7 automat (Belgium)
- Pick up in an Acco store
Our standard shipping rates for Benelux are as follows:
- Belgium: 2,45 EUR
- Luxembourg: 2,45 EUR
- The Netherlands: 3,50 EUR
After you place your order, you'll receive a conformation mail. This mail contains an overview of your online order. Once we carefully put together your package, you'll get an order sent mail. This mail contains all items shipped and a link which allows you to follow your order.
Your online personal account also allows you to follow up on your orders.
The delivery times depend on the items in your shopping basket. Each product detail page contains an indication concerning delivery times. During check-out you get an indication of the delivery time the whole of your shopping basket requires.
You got an e-mail saying your items are on their way, but you haven't received them yet. Please allow your postman some more time. Still haven't received anything 5 days after the initial mail? Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can cancel your weborder as long as we haven't shipped it yet. Please contact us at email@example.com or +32 16 29 11 00. Are your items already on their way? You still have the 14 day right of return to rely on.
