No handling and shipping costs are charged to customers who pick up their order from one of our bookstores.
Shipping costs vary by country. Below you can find an overview of shipping costs by country or group of countries.
Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg
The handling and shipping costs for deliveries to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg are as follows:
- For orders of up to € 100 - € 1,95
- For orders of over € 100 - free!
Other countries - group A
The handling and shipping costs for deliveries to Austria, Azores, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (without oversees territories), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom are as follows:
- For orders of up to € 300 - € 49,95
- For orders of over € 300 - € 19,95
Other countries - group B
The handling and shipping costs for deliveries to Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Croatia, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, Jersey, Jordan, Iceland, Israel, Guernsey, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Montenegro, Morocco, Norway, Republic of Moldova, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Syria, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City State and the United States are as follows:
- For orders of up to € 500 - € 59,95
- For orders of over € 500 - € 29,95
Other countries - group C
For all other countries ordering online is not available. However, you can contact Acco Medical for a fast and accurate customised quote.
Delivery time
When you order online with Acco Medical, you will receive an e-mail with the estimated delivery time the next working day.
In-stock items are usually delivered the next working day.
Items that are not in stock are ordered by Acco Medical as soon as we receive your order. The delivery time depends on the type of publication.
Dutch and French publications
Dutch and French publications are delivered within 10 to 15 days.
English publications
English publications are delivered within 15 to 20 days.
Any delays in the standard delivery time will be communicated as quickly and accurately as possible.
